I honestly had one of the best times of my life....I was hoping for a long time to see Tiesto outdoors and it was insane.. the Trance gods graced us with such a beautiful day. The weather was great and so was the crowd. True Trance fans.
I was wearing a pink blow pop shirt with a pink skirt and the ends of my hair are pink.. I thought I recognized a few people was too much into the music.
I was actually lucky enough to walk away from the event with a free cd from someone and a autographed poster.
My boyfriend had to actually help out the guy that caught the tiesto cd because people started throwing punches for it...
As far as Tiesto's set.. I was not really into the beginning but once the sun went down he was great.. there was of course his anthems, and he played some new stuff that was awesome. I loved all of the new stuff...
I screamed my heart out yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TIESTO!

Vlad looks so cool playing games on his phone. Im so sure Tiesto was boring you that much.

I didnt see many of the TA's i saw at AVB. Though I saw that guy with the bald head! i dont know his name. if u read this thread, we are the CANADIANS!
as for the show. the whole setup was kool, though they didnt seem to use any of the lights or lasers that they had setup. Sound was way too quiet. otherwise the set was good, nothing super banging, but enuff that it was worth it to chill and miss classes for.
is it just me or did he not play flight 643?

ahh anyways tieto was cool..could have been better..he screwed up on a few transitions but not too bad...
Which remix of Just Be did he play? That was well wicked.
YUP, that was a sick ass remix of JUST BE!!! Had a great night even though there were no LASERS.

Well I had a good time, first time seen Tiesto and it was worth the price of the ticket.
I was very happy with the songs, a couple of stand time but overall a good atmosphere.
The weather kick ass.
Since I don't know many of you I can't say I saaw anyone, but I do remember the girl with pink at the tips of her hair.
Again I had a great time did feel like there were a couple of bozos walking and acting all hard, but it's to be expected..
But sweetness all around for me
I definetly want a copy of the set since I was representing.
the last track when he was holding the turntable was damaginf strait to the nerves love it

he was so much better @ amnesia. but overall i guess it was ok, there was a couple good tracks like just be and lethal industry (which i yelled for him to play cause i was up front and he did!!! ) i was chillin wit DanAX and i saw a couple TA's. Im happy though because i got a signed poster and i kno some of them werent signed
but mine was HAHA! the thing that sucked is that when he was givin out posters people were pushin like animals and then a fight almost broke out, ppl fell and shit, it was pretty funny.... they packed that place pretty good tho i gotta say, it was more packed then for PvD.
Here comes my 2 cents...
Tiesto's set was nothing special. Victors set at the loft blew Tiesto out of the water... As a matter of fact Alex Pearce's set blew Tiesto out. Tiesto couldnt hold a flow and the tracks he was playing were all so mellow and sad... I felt like crying not dancing.

now... on with my review:
Maybe its because I havent seen tiesto in almost a year, or because replaying the 7-4-03 space set over and over in my car just had me really pumped for last night, but tiesto completely blew my mind. A good mix of old and new tracks, and it was exactly what i wanted to hear last night in terms of style. I rate this the second best tiesto set i've heard to date, and one of the best overall sets i've heard this year. I dont think i stopped dancing for even a second. Cant WAIT to see him in amsterdam now! and i love how they announced him over Adagio.... that was hot.
i took over a hundred pics... but i'm only going to post some of my favorites... as well as some pics from the afterparty @ vics. i also have some sick videos, but i have to figure out how to get them off my camera!
my first time at vics was definitely enough to make me want to go back.... i had a fucking awesome night and it was great seeing so many TAs.... especially lyssa @ your man, frost and alisa, sergio & vlad my navigators, dave my dance partner - it was fun being the last ones dancing , dom my late-night/all morning party partner - hey i made it to work at 2:30 ON THE DOT am i good or what!, vic it was awesome meeting you and your set kicked ass, and all the other fun people i got to meet
by the way vic in case you didnt know, your bathroom door lock is kinda broken and i was trapped in your bathroom for a long time this morning. i didnt think i was ever gonna get out!

my review is i feel tiestos set was better then avalons by far but not the best i heard him
he started out housey then progressed into some melodic stuff and progressive but nothing too mind blowing at 8pm he droped breda 8pm that was cool but he was still on the same level, dont get me wrong the tracks were good but its been over 2 hours and hes still on the same level, at 8:45 he droped traffic the crowd went nuts and everything after traffic was sick trance i was having a ball for that hour he kicked my ass, it reminded me of the old tiesto but it was only for an hour if anyone knows the name of the songs he played after traffic besides the antlais mix of just be,adigo for strings and his mix of lethal industry please post them they were crazy
i seen someone has a pic of me holding up my flight 643 shirt ha ha good shot i met some cool ta's mynokosboy and konjin island you guys were cool glad to have met you nice seeing bx nemoa nd those crazy kids from canada well and any other ta i met that night
the crowd was great tho it was anyone from like 14 year old kids to 50 year old guys in business suits, every race and whatnot comming together to hear tiesto and it was packed i dunno if anyone noticed but the whole event was filled with people from the entrance to the back beer stand and from the stage to the bleechers there was atleast 5000 heads in here going nuts
some of the lows of the night was no lasers or any sort of lighting that was really really bootleg iam sorry and i think made was slackin on that and the sound i feel they could have rented a few more speakers to put in the back so it was surround sound
overall i feel i got my money worth just wished tiesto picked things up earlyer but as i said the last hour kicked my ass
and during adigo for strings i was on my boys shoulders going nuts it was a great moment seeing everyone danceing to tiesto and smiling
