I'm not a fan of Ashlee Simpson and I definitely don't dig her style of music, but it does suck to see someone's career go down the tubes. Yea, she probably shouldn't have been lip-syncing, but it's still not good to watch someone famous come down. That's how I feel anyways. It's not funny watching people lose their jobs -- even though I am sure she will still be selling records after this.

The clips were up not 30 minutes after it happened. The same thing ocurred during the superbowl with Janet Jackson. Nerd power can be strong when focused for the good of mankind it seems.

Well, apparentely MTV did, as she has her own lame show. Of course for Ashlee, it most certainly helped to be Jessica's baby sister. That's more than likely how she got "noticed" in the first place. She is doing nothing more than riding on the shirttails of her sister. I think her 15-minute joyride has almost run out. Ashlee, you are not hot, you are not "punk", and baby, you just got your ass handed to you on national television.
