I can't resist a nice Irish girl, the accent is so fucking hot 
And Welsh isn't too bad either, it varies though, some are annoying but some are nice.
And I like some American accents, like southern ones (as long as they're not too hillbilly-ish), and Canadian too, it's nice to hear someone actually talking with one of these accents because we only really hear them on TV.
i have a friend whos half french/half american but since english is/was her second language, she has a french accent when she speaks english but its beautiful. its prolly also due to the fact shes got a very soft angelic voice. hence i cant say whether the nice accent applies to other french.
ive always thought the italian language sounds melodic and beautiful but i think thats only when they speak italian... like the lady in the nu nrg sets @ orgasmatron.. who goes "ORGASMATRROOON!" i think that sounds hot.
this is more for singing voice more so than spoken voice but i think tori amos, sarah brightman, sarah mclachlan have the most beautiful voices. janet jackson has a sexy voice.
as for male voices, i love Dave Gahans voice. his voice is sooo seductive. makes me feel naughty. 
the singer of the calling has a sexy voice. brandon boyd of incubus too! oh yeah, also brian mcknight has amazing voice as well.
voices i cant stand: Jennifer lopez, david beckham, jude law. 
honestly, im not sure its their dialect or just their natural tone.

I love my girlfriend's voice, and her accent is very subtle, so it's just a bonus (it's horrible when you try to figure out what people with thick accents are saying).
As for the accent, it really depends on the person. A subtle Russian accent can be incredibly cute, as if you were trapped in a James Bond film in which a sexy blonde called Natasha flies airplanes, fights polar bears, cooks, fights capitalist pigs, runs errands, fights nazi zombies, spins drum'n'bass, fights giant robots aiming for the destruction of Neo-Tokyo and has a kickassish furry Russian hat all day long. But, if it's too thick, it sounds like a communist invader trying to kidnap you and turn your navel into a secret missile lauching device, installing night vision lenses in your eyes and brainwash you so you can fight for world domination. Come to think of it, Russian accents are nice either way.
Regardless of itensity, I'd choose:
- Russian
- Swedish
- Japanese
- Estuary English
- S�o Paulo (the city)
- Southern Brazil

but Russian and italian accents are my favourite

Well, I was solicitating to a job and I heard a really sweet voice, young, charming, freaking HOT.
I looked behind me and I saw a lady around her 30's, 120KG talking to a customer.
I was shocked and said to myself "thou shall never trust hot voices on the phone or in a crowd"

middle or eastern european and scandanavian accents do it for me , love the look as well.
basically any european except for french spanish, portugese and italian
