not too big in the whole techno scene, but Christian Varela - Your Body Experiences (Christian's Original Rework) is just flowing with energy. fuckin love this tune.
But cafe del mar isn't a techno tune, in fact it's the biggest trance tune ever made some might say.
For me there are three stand out's
Plastikman - spastik
strings of life
the bells
Renato Cohen - Pontape???
