Penang (Malaysian cuisine)
somewhere in Soho by Broadway & Lafayette, not too far from the A/X store...
very nice atmosphere, music, drinks, and food.
been there about a dozen of times and still am not the least bit bored or tired of it.

My stomach is giving me the hunger call, whats going on.
There is this really dope spot by my apartment in upper west side and is extremely affordable..
La Caridad (Cuban Food)
w78th St and Broadway
Their home style Beef Stew with Yellow Rice and Black/Red beans can be had all for under $8. It's a good hearty meal and isn't a real ritzy place. It's been there over 35years and still going. The food is great and I highly recommend it.
You don't have to dress up to go here and don't expect table cloth and fine china. Then again it isn't a hole-in-the-wall type of resturante!
