See ya when you get back....I had a BS meeting earlier myself with IBM. Luckily it didnt take that long. I find it really hard not to stay awake for meetings unless the people I am meeting are actually interesting, which is rarely the case here.

i'm baaaack lol haha one of our coworkers kept asking redundant questions!!! and we were all like STFU already!!! hahaha damn gov't, they make sooo many changes and they cannot make up their minds! but woo hoo atleast we have a backlog and atleast we know for sure that our jobs are stable!! hahahaha yay for the slowness of the Gov't.!!!!

Don't get me wrong, it's one of the strongest databasing platforms out there. We should start an Oracle Alliance! I sympathize with the way you feel! (i secretly curse it to hell) But in all honesty, even though this system is running like a gimp on wheels, it's supporting our whole Order Fulfillment System and Data Inventory Warehouse so I give it some sort of propz.

Yes...as a contractor, but still for the Gov't. i work for the DHS for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) but i am NOT a TSA screener i hate those fockers!!! lol

BUMP!!!! Who is at work today?

I am and I nearly died getting here. I did a 360 on the northernstate cuz my tire got caught in a patch of uncleaned snow and ice. I got hit on my bumper but a car approaching behind me but nothing serious so as soon as I got control of the car back I just drove off. (**Whistles**) I looked back and all the cars on the road were at a complete stop all staring at me. And the car that hit me just changed lanes and drove off too so whatever. I hope to be rid of this car by this month sometime. No one beleives this car is really trying to kill me!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first off I am work also today also, it took me forever to get here. missed the first train and got here an hour late, oh well!!!! now on to the car thing......I feel the same way about my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kinda car is it.....I am buying a car soon, still shopping. Havent found anything that excited me as of yet and the ones I do are already sold by the time I call. I guess its just a matter of timing.

2004 Toyota Solera....I am hoping to get $17,000 for it to pay off the loan *fingers crossed* it has less then 30K and all the good stuff it is just to much $ for me, I would much rather use the money for rent!!!!!!!!

i feel ur pain grl...all trains were f0ckin running LOCAL FFS -- and yes, sometimes a car is more of a burden than a convenience, esp. if its a money drain on ur budget...

so who else is in at work today? we should start a "we-wanna-blow-up-our-workplace" alliance oh wells. im taking the extra time im getting today for miami 4 more weeks...
