Don't hate the guy for not liking knefe...theres tons of arab food that people rave about that i wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole like "mlukhyeh" (i have no idea how to spell it )

I eat honnestly like 5 out of seven days chicken with TOOM with fatouche or tabouleh. There is nothing better in the world. I can live off that stuff no problem for the rest of my life. I eat steak sometimes with toom, pounds of bread with toom and trucks of fries..anything really.

My wife will smell and test like toom whether she likes it or not.

hahaha...Yeah, if I had the opportunity to eat Shish Taouk every day, I would But in Pittsburgh, there's not ONE place that makes Shish Taouk, not ONE!!! Anyway, I just remembered one of my favourite places for Chicken with garlic: TORINO, in the Cours Mont-Royal food-court. Absolutely delicious, beyond description. Plus the owners are Arab, and very friendly also. And ya, we should all meet up in Leb this summer. Montreal TAs in Lebanon...hahaha

As for your future wife, just make sure you don't fall in love with a vampire

hahaha...my friend said EXACTLY the same thing...open up a Shish Taouk place...but I have no time, no capital to put down, and no desire to improve Pittsburgh since I'm leaving soon As for Malek el Shawarma, I think that already exists in Leb
