It was a beautiful goal. Granted.

Oh christ...I don't even like Chelsea but they clearly deserved to win, supposed "foul controversy" or not.

You Italians are just as good at whining when you lose as you are at boasting when you win.

I'd say they are a lot better at whining. At least they do it more. Specially at the referees.

HAHA, u said it buddy
GOOD-BYE and FUCK OFF ManU
Eh whoever thinks Barca deserved to win: what game did u watch?
MAYBE Caravalho fouled the keeper, but that just ONE incident
in the match!!! Chelsea DEFINITELY deserved to move on....

Put it this way: To allow 5 (YES FIVE!!) goals in 2 matches
u dont deserve to win!!! C'mon, r u kidding me guys?!?!?!?!
Ronaldinho's goal was AMAZING, but FIVE GOALS ALLOWED

AND U STILL WHINE ABOUT LOSING?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Barca doesnt deserve to complain, they lost, and i LOVE it.

Milan showed again who is the team to beat

Posted by TheVrk on Mar-10-2005 22:43:

One more thing i forgot to mention to any ManU fan:

Please, for your OWN good, dont EVER tell me ANYTHING about
the overhyped, overrated Rooney

Where was he anyway? Did he even hit the net ONCE?
I dont care how many goals he scores in the defenceless
EPL, or how many hilights he's in,he OBVIUOSLY
cannot play against the worlds top defences.

WE MADE HIM SEEM INVISIBLE

NO Rooney talk again

Oh ... yeah u ...

Y

SHIT YEAH! JUVE ALL THE WAY! Did you Madrid fans actually think you guys could beat Juve? As far as I know, over the last decade, any game that Madrid has played in the Delle Alpi (Juve's not so glorious stadium) they have lost. I think this was the third time Juve came back from a first leg loss to defeat the 'all so glorious' Madrid. Juve played their hearts out and Camoranesi was the MOM IMO.

Hehe, one week ago, I was the only one in the poll for Juve, now I see there are three. By the time the semis come, all of you are going to try to jump on Juve like its a bandwagon. The two consumer-whore teams of the century (manure and realmerda) are out. I wonder which team all the bandwagon jumpers are gonna hop on now?

You're a WISE man

Hold on TheVrk. You cant say that Rooney cant play against the worlds top defences!

Firstly, he was one of the stars of Euro 2004 and secondly, remember that hatrick on his debut for united (in the Champions League)?? OK, he was quiet against Milan, but u only got 1 goal in each leg!!

Im no Man U fan, but think that Rooney will be one of the best players in the world in the future. Not sure if you saw his performance at the weekend against Southampton, but he was outstanding... Dont think hes worth 30 Million, but hes one to look out for..

ps COME ON LIVERPOOL!!! Easy draw please!!!

can't wait for the draws, I hope Juve get someone else that's hard to eliminate. I'd love to get a draw with chelsea and send them packing. I think Juve performs better against good teams and tough situations and always choke against someone easy.

Real is so crappy of course Juve kicked their ass, but they won't go far trust me

Posted by dex316 on Mar-14-2005 23:48:

it pains me to say it but i really think chelski have a really good shot. they can score goals from all over the pitch and their defence is really strong (and its usually the defence that wins european competitions). lets face it, without ronaldinho barca didnt make chelski break sweat

i hope they dont tho - it'll prove that u can just buy success in football. hell they didnt even earn their money - at least most of the other clubs do it through building up worldwide fanbases and makin a shitload out of merchandising - its just a jumped up russkie oil baron who wants to piss away his money cos he doesnt know what to do with it

I'm starting to like soccer, especially in the European League.

Are all the teams listed the best in Europe or part of the league?

Soccer right now for me is replacing hockey at #3 of favorite sports.

Posted by denys envy on Mar-15-2005 01:06:

I've been waiting for a good final for a while now, last one i can remember was Man U - Bayern in 98... or was it 99, no no 98, remember that shocker!!! that was teh shit, plus baby-faced assassin got his right at the end.

i think this year I'd like to see Chelsea in the final against someone like Lyon. But they'd probably tear them apart. that' why i want juve in the final against them to actually be able to stand up, but i'm afraid the game will be too defensive, like '03 final with milan and Juve
