In my final four I had UNC, Illinois, Wake Forest and Duke. I'm still in it though considering I have UNC beating Illinois in St. Louis.

msu pulls the upset ..

as chris berman always says ... "defense wins championships" (well he says that for football, but the saying goes the same for basketball)

and I wont mind if Illinois wins since my cousin and her husband graduated from there and she went to the game last night (maybe 2night as well) cause they live near st louis.

i let the vegas side get the best of me .. i tend to always pick the underdogs ... ..

but yes that is true .. the better of the two teams got to the finals .. now the big test comes ..

of course the x-factor will need to step up here .. powell from illinois, and williams from unc will need to put their A game up ..

Rashad McCants, Sean May, Marvin Williams and Raymond Felton all need to stay another year! This team would again be easy favourites to win the NCAA's next year. Duh.. But I still think Wake would win the ACC (thats if Chris Paul returns). UNC has seems to play good-average basketball until it matters.

Somebody mentioned it was odd to see Illonois throw up a lot of three's late.. Isn't that their strenght though? That is, their backcourt when Brown, Williams and that other fellow are playing superb motion offense.
