i don't think j00f would be able to play for heaven since he is currently exclusively contracted to spundae for LA i think...

other than that......jon o'bir and marco v would definetly bring a new flavor to HEAVEN...

It kind of goes up and down really. At the moment "Funky house" as they call it is pretty big over here, personaly i cant stand it but everyone has there own taste i guess. Trance, psy trance, and progressive are still pretty big here, last week i attended an event with 10,000+ people in London, so its still pretty popular in some parts of the country. PVD is playing in a club near me with a bunch of other DJ's this weekend. I usualy visit this club once every 6 months as its not the best venue but they host great acts. So i'll guess it will show how popular Trance is when i see how crowded the club is.

Hopefuly ill be around for future Heavens to...

Basically its the following: I asked him if he would be interested in a Friday show (such as Heaven) and he told me that he feels a loyalty to Spundae and Godskitchen in Los Angeles, and that he prefers to stick with the club nights who have supported him over the years.

Given this, and the concept that Heaven and Godskitchen might be hooking up for a once a month collaboration (correct me if I'm wrong), I think that he would actually consider doing a Friday night in LA in the future. Naturally all of this is moot since it looks as though Spundae has booked him, which is quite bizarre since I approached Lisa just this past Saturday (during Blank and Jones) about when they were going to book JOOF.

John was also supposed to be considering a quarterly residency at 1015 in SF, but I've not heard anything further about this. Just that the LA show is coming on the heels of this month's Australian tour.
