Wow dude arent you learning something, lol jp.

It wasn't till I started watching Animal planet that everything became clear to me.

[EDIT]
DA, all things considered, the cost is not that high. It's just that $400-$600 "Petty Cash" seems about half the cost of the trip. I can only imagine where that money would go. So I'll bring at least $500

Flights (and this is a long shot) may be the only thing we can try to get a group rate on. Also, don't know if it may be worth looking into getting pass for the train that would be good for a few days (If they have it, and if you think it would be worth it)

Good stuff, dude. Amsterdam's food is expensive, which is why I put the "petty cash" at a figure like that. As for train passes, I don't think we have to worry much about it. When we arrive at Schipol airport, we take the train to Amsterdam Central station, then a tram to whatever hotel/hostel we pick. To get to Utrecht, we'd take a train there like I did, that runs about 15 Euro or so for a roundtrip ticket. Now, getting a multi-day TRAM pass, THAT'S defintely worth it. The trams run at almost all times, except for dead hours of the night, like say 2AM till 7AM or so.

My TRANCE ENERGY pics should motivate some more. If there's any problem getting in, let me know.

I also have my Amsterdam pics.

i dont runn out of a party and act like a 5 year old that just missed his ritalin dose when the music is not of my liking. I like all music and that has nothing to do with the fact that you wil still go to a internet cafe and post away........

Defintely. Like I posted before, the plane tix shouldn't be more than $500 for roundtrip, accomodations like $150, depending how long we're staying, I put 150 as a rough estimate, and $55 for the event ticket itself, which should go on sale sometime in Late November to early December. Then add in like $500 spending cash, and we should be good to go.

Damn....i'd be interested, but being my 1st time, I think i'd be hitting up the sites, coffeeshops & Magic Mushroom Gallery the whole time!

DC? As in Washington DC?

Posted by el.maestro on Apr-08-2005 17:16:

Yes, Washington DC. Good to know what the Hubs are for the airlines flying to Amsterdam. For example, if United has a Hub in DC, then the flights will generally be cheeper.

Well, that would be cheaper for Destynee, who is out of D.C., but what about us SoFloridians? I took Martinair out of Miami and it was a non-stop flight, which is the way I plan on going again. Layovers, transfers and any of that crap can go down the toilet along with certain other things.
