Actually it says "10 (highly clean) and 0 (highly corrupt)." in the sidebar. So Canada and the nordic countries are not corrupt.

EDIT: Actually, Italy (whose banner ShadoWolf is flying) is the worst faring of the countries that were EU members in 2000. Easily beating Spain.
