One thing that's being over looked is the Charter of Rights. Most people glance over it and think it's a good thing.

Think again.

Trudeau included a Charter of Rights in the disasterous 1982 Canadian Constitution. It's turned out to be one of the worst things to ever happen to Canada. It has allowed judges to draft social policy from the bench, without any Parliamentary check or balance. It's an undemocratic usurption of the power of the people.

well, im no legal expert, but when i read through it, i cant see anything that would mean something like that.
