we have protocols as to how they can enter the country, they choose not to do it that way, therefore they suffer consequences.

It wasnt covered that much but it did make the news when the arrest happened & alot more when the verdict came about. Im just concerned about it since here in the States your not allowed to lock your luggage. If you do lock it, the lock will be broke anyways. I dont know if its that way in Austrailia, but every1 here got worried & a little too crazy after 9/11. So in the states it would be tough to covict someone of that crime since luggage is passed through many hands before it reaches its destination.
