well,

what a waste of my time this was, its very hard to make an ID Contest just right, either its too hard or too easy, very hard to get it spot on, I spent a lot of time on this, and nobody bothered entering, no mods stickied the thread even though I had asked numerous times, thats bang out of order, I've never not seen an ID Contest sticky'd until mine came along, Im really gutted and pissed off

Its tradition that the ID comp gets a sticky.

the lack of interest might be partially explained by the weeks of delay in posting the contest and the inclusion of many relatively obscure and uninspiring tunes...

Delay is unavoidable if you cant help it. The Internet is not the be-all and end-all of life. People have lives outside the Internet. That doesnt get the mods off the hook. It wasnt stickied, people forgot about it or didnt see it. THATS the problem. There might have been people whod usually enter that didnt see the thread.
