Try this. Cut the onion up in thin slices and do the same for red peppers in like a nut brown beer. Boil the brats then remove them and set aside. Then boil down the beer and add some favorite spices. If you boil it down it will turn into like a Chutnee and use this for the topping. Wisconsin style. Again L.E.N. nice write up.
ok so far... 3 beers. 5 brats.. 1 onnion... anything else i should add while i boil? boil for 1 hour?
