A breast hug is almost the very same as a "regular," "normal" hug, only when you are being hug, either a) one of the persons hugging has breasts (which would therefore, by default, make it a breast hug); or more usually b) when one of the persons hugging has breasts and the other person is very aware of those breasts being pressed against him or her.

It always feels great to get a hug, because they are warm and welcoming and comforting and just generally wonderful -- a great way to show affection and friendship and camaraderie... one of the very BEST way to re-unite with old friends and significant others! But I also appreciate a fact that many others, for some reason, don't appreciate: that you have breasts squeezed up against your body, which is a bloody brilliant feeling.
