[no other party is worthy of being stated in it's presence yet, except Boa NYE, but NYE parties never count as 'party of the year']

honourable mentions:
behrouz and clive henry at boa. Especially the back to back with sean miller and behrouz

chus and ceballos apr 2nd at boa.
