I know we fling a lot of bullshit around the CORe, but I mean what I'm about to say more than I've ever meant anything I've posted on this forum.
Please keep what I'm about to say in mind... always... and regardless of how hard it seems, never, ever ignore this.
When you have feelings for someone, fucking say something. Asking the "what if" question a year or two down the road is about the most painful experience you could possibly imagine having to endure.
I'm going to go sit in the corner and drink myself to sleep, now. I'll see you guys around, sometime. |
Soo true but i need confidence and a good wardrobe :S

Fuck yeah, we're going to Wendy's. Their chicken nuggets are the shiznit.
Haha, really, though... I dropped $100+ at the club the other night between tickets, drinks, alcohol, etc. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Every weekend. I don't care if I go broke or not.

i never trust guys who take thier emotions out on inanimate objects. they're more likely to be violent people. don't be like that.
suck it up soldier, we're all here for ya. *hugs* |
hm w/o relating this to the rest of the thread (cause i haven't read it yet), i'm gonna say i see where you're coming from, and i can relate, but i don't totally agree
everyone knows bottled up emotions are just a bad thing, you need them to get out somehow
and while i'm not advocating violence towards inanimate objects or anything, there are times, trust me, when you just want to see something break
and knowing people who've done both, i'd choose inanimate objects over people anyday
its ugly, but it gets the job done without hurting anyone
and one thing i've learned over years of giving relationship advice etc...never tell someone they shouldn't be as sad as they are or w/e cause you've been through the same
it just makes things worse
i know i've been through terrible shit, and i've gotten better, but that doesn't change the fact that i felt like absolute shit for a long ass time, i'm not just going to forget that because it turned out ok

I once was a firm believer at following your heart. I always did. No matter the trouble it got me into or who I hurt along the way. A while back I began to wonder the what ifs and gave in to my heart and opened myself up to someone. This someone was literally unavailable at the time and I figured hell would freeze over before I had the chance. However when I opened up I was shocked to find that the feeling was mutual when I was totally blind in the possibility that it could ever be. I was promised the world, shared some beautiful moments, and honestly thought things would work for the best. As time drew on, there was a certain period of time that something was supposed to take place for my unavailable friend that would allow us to be together like he had talked about. However as this date approached, he disappeared on me. Leaving me no explanation, no reasoning, just everything stopped. I have to see him everyday now and to this day, he still remains unavailable.
Due to this I no longer believe in following your heart, nor do I believe in signs like I felt like I was shown constantly throughout my time with him. However, I am glad I took the chance even though it changed my entire outlook on things, due to I know I would still be wondering to this day what if. Id rather know than deal with the constant nagging of what if, should I or shouldnt I?

don't let this become a habit. it's a dark hole that's difficult to get out of...
