Arguing brings just as much "life" here as what you were doing. So you either should have used a different word or should admit that you did indeed think you brought excitement, to do otherwise at this point would show extreme stupidity on your part.

Congrats! You managed to post all the SYNONYMS that LIFE brings. Now, let us think. Does life directly mean excitement? No. Can the word life be used in a different context? Why, yes it can! Does it always have to be the same context? Why no, it doesn't! Let's see what else are lifes synonyms. Why.. could it be? energy, enthusiasn, high spirits, liveliness, spirit, zing

Hmmm... could those be the contexts I was using the word in? Yes, I do believe so. Take your ignorance elsewhere please. I have a newsflash for you, the world does not revolve around you or how you interpret things.

quote:
It's called sexual innuendo.

Actually when I first posted it there was no innuendo at all intended. I was merely trying to make a cute joke. I guess if you automatically took it sexually, you must be sexually frustrated and you are simply lashing out on anything and everything that might remind you how long it's been.

quote:
It's not a matter of whether I can take a joke or not, it's a matter of why you think you are exciting and amusing, which was my original question.

I didn't claim that I myself were neither exciting nor amusing, I merely stated that the conversation which ended tumbling out in the middle of the thread COULD BE FOUND amusing and entertaining.

quote:
I was not implying that you had anything to do with that thread. I was making a connection between this thread, that thread, and absurdity.

Kind of like your posts then? Absurd?

quote:
Is it? No, because pointing out inconsistencies does not necessarily mean I have any problems.

No, but constantly bitching about things does imply that you have a problem with the way things are run.

Enough already with your badgering. I have yet to see you say anything worth actually reading.

Have fun on ignore my friend, because I doubt you'll ever be coming off of mine.

Can you still ban a mod for me? Pretty please, cheery on top?

Hey...oohh....wow....I think i'm almost hitting a nerve here. Here we go, minus your mean mean words.

In the context you used it, life directly means "a source of vitality or an animating force". A source of vitality or an animating force could easily be said to be exciting. Exciting = stirring activity = animating = vitalizing. They mean the same thing. Excitement is a perfectly sound word to use in replacement of life in that context. I am simply giving you the truth, you are the one who wishes to twist the truth with your false interpretations and self-importance. And idiocy.

quote:
Actually when I first posted it there was no innuendo at all intended.

Due to the fact that the word "nut" is often used among those of your age group as slang for testicles, and that the conversation quickly did turn into unmistakable sexual innuendo, I am forced to believe otherwise.

quote:
I didn't claim that I myself were neither exciting nor amusing,

Good lord, where did you go to school? The Old Hickory smoked bacon farm? The proper and clearest grammar for this sentence would be: "I didn't claim that I was either exciting or amusing."

And yes, you did. There is no room for interpretation. You said this: Clearly we brought life and amusement to the forums today...you are one of the "we". Therefore you think yourself a bringer of amusement and life, above that of the normal here.

quote:
I merely stated that the conversation which ended tumbling out in the middle of the thread COULD BE FOUND amusing and entertaining.

This is the first time you have said that. But I still don't see what could be amusing or entertaining about your exclusive sexual banter. Say this was real life and you were on a bus, and you see and hear two morons talking to each other very loudly about having sex. Would you be laughing?

quote:
Kind of like your posts then? Absurd?

Rarely. Sometimes. Okay...most of the time, yes.

quote:

No, but constantly bitching about things does imply that you have a problem with the way things are run.

Pointing out the logical flaws in something isn't bitching. However, your unsubstantiated personal attacks are pretty bitchy.

quote:
Enough already with your badgering.

My badgering? How many times have you tried to insult my character now? Temper temper queenie.

quote:
Have fun on ignore my friend, because I doubt you'll ever be coming off of mine.

Oooh ouch, the world weeps.

You were just pwned.

Write it down.

Aiwendil strikes again.

Crazy-ass bitch.

RIP zionist mustard . It's been a swell 2 years. By the way, for anyone curious about its origins, it dates back to a thread from 2003 (someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong):

http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...nist+mustard%22

The funeral reception will be held in my backyard. There shall be kegs, beer pongs, jello shots, and cherry bombs to commemorate this sad passing.

On an ancillary note, is my avatar too political?

There is no such thing as a political avatar!!!

Edit: wow, reading that thread, I realised that knife-wielding cheney was my avatar back then.

Yeah, I did have that boat (a bathing tub would perhaps be a more appropriate expression) but someone was actually retarded enough to steal it from the docks. But I am planning on trying to make a home made hovercraft, so if the project succeeds, I'll let you know.

Anyway, is it just me who finds it scary that our mod has started to turn into some sort of a rasta dreadlock-wearing antiglobalist treehugging peniless save-the-whales hippy?

A sad, sad day indeed. But I will not let Zionist Mustard rest in peace! It will forever live on in my avatar (and by forever I mean until I get too nostalgic for my tank) and the quest to save mustard everywhere will not rest until we can dumb stupid signatures throughout all of TA.com! The Swamper powertrip of 8-9 will forever live in infamy throughout the world of PDD. A sad, sad day it was. But ketchup has come and risen out through the ashes of that day! Teaching us all a valuable lesson, that unless you ban a mod, ketchup will replace mustard (hell I don't know what that means either ).

quote:

Yea, thats why zionist mustard moved to my avatar and the ketchup replaced the sig

Fortunately for you Baghdad Bob moved only to your Avatar real estate in time to be avoided by the great Swamper powertrip of 08-09.

Right, I guess Mr. Opus stopped refering to you as Mr. Vice President once you started to agree with him too much. I knew that you became too liberal! Here's the proof

Hey Lira! I just noticed that your signature violates Rule #5, as it is a religious umm, quote or something.

I suggest you ban yourself and appease us masses

Perhaps we should make an actual signature (besides the happy smiley face one that gives me a headache) that goes with our revolt against the banning of political signatures?

My old signature used to be of Baghdad Bob saying something like "there are no such signatures here!". Perhaps I should remake it into something like, "There are no political signatures here!"

But yea I'm lazy ...

Yeah me too. Perhaps later on tonight when I'm bored out of my mind I'll hop on photoshop and try to whip something up.

ditto. If someone else does it, it better include the political term "mustard" in it, if doesn't I'll get mad and try and ban you.

"Try" is the correct word for you, because you haven't gotten anyone banned yet for the blasphemy have you?
