yup, footballers are paid just crazy amounts of money...........for doing what??? and they cant even keep there fists to themself....and the occasional SPIT....they dont deserve the money.....id like to see them just get 100 a week, then watch them fucking cry
just to over rated for me now, so i stick to just supporting my local side yeovil town lol

To be honest, when you're comparing how the players conduct themselves on the pitch, theres only so far you can go with the comparison.

Theres more aggression involved with a football match as its a contact sport. You're going to find people raising fists/arms more often as they use any part of their body to fight for posession of the football.

As for the footballers paid crazy money. I wouldnt say crazy, compared to that of Formula One drivers, footballers do actually work more for their money!

But if you look at football with its a multi-billion pound industry, what the wages are, reflects with the money you can realistically pay the players.

Whilst the recent Cricket success we've had will highlight the game, it certainly wont put the industry into the same league as the football in terms of the money from sponsorship/tv rights etc etc. Hence why they'll always seem underpaid to that of a footballer!

Cricket is better than football because:
1. It's cheaper
2. Lasts longer
3. England win stuff
4. Has Simon Jones
5. Doesnt attract complete tit head supporters
6...... I could be here all night

lol!
