Thanks to everyone who came out last night.. What a ROCKING good time. Above and Beyond loved all the energy you guys were showing last night and were already asking when they could come back.

See everyone next Friday at a more intimate night with DJ MICRO at the Mark Ultralounge.

Thanks for all the support,

Chad

props to Mike B for putting on a good show..And I didnt get a copy of their CD!!! Did anyone actaully get one???

Posted by Mr. Pink on Sep-25-2005 06:03:

Rasta

Mike played some cheese in the beginning....but the girls were loving it lol
then in the end.......holy chet, the guy was blasting that dirty shit all over the place. The crowd was going wild.

then... A&B.....and they had a hold on it throughout the whole set. Sure, they played a good amount of vocals, but nothing uncommon of an A&B set. I say, they played their hearts out last night. The crowd was loving it, they were loving it, and i randomly got an autograph without asking for one.

...now that's a solid way to acquire a fan base.

in conclusion, well done.

Come again soon slutmonkeys

ya, totally awesome guys!!

so, on thursday, the day before the party, they came to spin at satellite records, this awesome little record shop in town

about 20 of us showed up to watch em play (along with random people who were just browsing around the store for vinyls or whatever haha)

they were spinning a SICK set, but the awesome part was, whoever wasnt spinning at the time would mingle around in the crowd, and i remember as i walked in, one of them came up to me and was like "what's up, what's your name, yada yada yada... would you like me to autograph a flyer for you or anything?" and he handed me a flyer, signed it, and b0p that was that!

totally awesome guys, quality trance too, good times

probably one of the best music weekends ever and i had so much fun. there were a ton of ta's from all over as well. we parked ourselves right behind the spundae float and mingled with all the djs, A&B rode the float and then spun on it later that day. they were so cool and major clowns. i got pics and autographs with a bunch of the djs: markus, BBB, K vs. A, A&B. Mike Kulgin, Lee Burridge, Tania Mann, some local LA djs kristina sky, cody lee, victor dinaire, it was just crazy! carl cox and ferry corsten were the killers though. i'm going to see ferry this saturday. not to highjack the thread so back to A&B the guys killed it that night as well at the afterparty and were still hamming it up on stage and giving us some serious trance! make it out next year!
