Most tracks on the album is stuff made by others (like the vocals from Carrie Skipper and Anita Kelsey) with Schulz' 'few clocks and swooshses'

so markus really had nothing to do with the production on those tracks? is that what you're trying to say? i really don't think the vocalists did anything other than the vocals on them. if they did, then good for them and even worse for markus!

Posted by feidias on Sep-26-2005 19:36:

but even the melodies were premade still the sound quality ,the structure the synths are being used are part of the production so markus had a lot to do with them

LOL, i mean that the vocals on most tracks are good, but 'the track under the vox' sux and sounds cheap

To me, the only new tracks that make the CD worth while are Travelling Light and You Won't See Me Cry 2005.

+1

This release was descent sounding at best. Not worth the purchase, save your money kids and wait, because there's a lot more to come.

10 out of 10 is a bold statement to make, would you care to explain why it deserves such a high rating?

Posted by shylock on Sep-27-2005 11:00:

(not g&d.. kenneth thomas and elevation).. they're just riding the success of armin and markus.. enjoy it while it lasts, cause the only reason elevation gets into a club in detroit, is cause he sucks armada's dick, if you argue otherwise... enjoy your mcprog

You are a very confused individual... and I think you are confusing humility and shyness for something else...

Your accusations are completely uncalled for, just because you met both of those guys once and they weren't like "OMG Thank you so much!!!! Let's hang out and be best friends!!!" doesn't mean they didn't appreciate your compliments... it's just not necessarily "easy" to have people constantly coming up to you wanting to tell you "Hey man, I love this... I love that, nice work on this, blah blah blah blah blah," and I don't think that's something too many people realize. Everyone thinks it just must be awesome to be 18 and have the kind of success Mike does, no one ever seems to think that maybe it's a bit overwhelming and not as easy to deal with as you think...

You don't KNOW Mike or KT, and to be fair, I don't really either. But I do know that both those guys truly DO appreciate their fans, and have been nothing but kind to me and many of my friends in Detroit. Just because they didn't come to your afterparty doesn't mean they suck, get over yourself dude, people have other things to do, especially when it comes to club after hours, and judging by the assumptions you see to want to make, I'm sure heading to a "purely homosexual afterhours club" is probably no doubt hands down going to be to better than chillin' with you...

now i understand it lol.
Nick from Spice Fire which got picked up on.... Coldharbour Selections Volume 4

(i like spice fire though )

But now it makes sense why u arent saying this album sucks. Wouldnt be wise if u want a future track signed on Coldharbour again

And for the record im not saying u are lying here... Just saying that if u thought it would suck u probably wouldnt say it anyway on these forums

If I'm not mistaken, that vinyl has the Markus Schulz Vocal Remix (featured on the Coldharbour Sessions CD with Justine Suissa on vocals) and the Airwave Remix.

Case closed.
