Guv is a great complex BUT it gets way too packed.

Didn't go on the boat cruise, but I heard it was mad. Armin playing basically on a tabletop in front of a crazy crowd under the sunlight over the lake on a beatuful summer day.....Must have been nice. Saw Danny Tenaglia's return to Toronto after a 4 year absence at Boa instead that same night/early morning/day. 14.5 hours of Tribal Mayhem [ironically the shortest of his sets since he's started playing toronto again]....There's just something oddly comfortable about walking out of a club in the middle of chinatown at 3:00 in the afternoon, when everyone else is going about their business on the next day before you've even gone to bed.

Yes, the guv gets too packed....their door policy dictates that if you have money, they'll find a way to fit you in. Part of the reason why I limit my time at that club now that I finally have options of places to go again.

As for WMC, I'm undecided. If I can find a very cheap place to stay I might go down for a weekend +1 day, and cash in my Air miles for the flight down. The goal would be to do it as economically as possible, as I want to keep as much of my savings available for the extended european odyssey. So really, if I can find a bunch of TOTAs are going down that I can cling onto for discounts, then I'll go.

Yeah, I'm totally against capital punishment but in this case I'm prepared to make an exception.
