Because circumcizion was originally started in the US to prevent boys from masturbating, because doctors thought it caused diseases such as TB.

Of coruse circumcizon doesnt stop you from masturbating but it makes it less pleasurable and a lot harder to complete, which maybe would put people off and since you said you are no longer interested in masturbating i wondered if that was the reason.
