I thought they only wrote a bio for those in the top 10. Which would mean he would need to be 100 places higher.

Exactly...if he made 110 this year when there were all those nay-sayers telling us we're idiots, then they'll have no excuse not to vote for him next year. I can easily see getting him in the top 75 by 2007, maybe top 50 by 2008.
