Sure, there are an awful lot of idiots here. But why let them get to you? Why make the genuine fans here suffer? Ignore idiots and represent the decent fans.
Anyone (famous or not) leaving a message board because of something someone said/did is stupid. As to the chat name, sure, it was wrong to post it. It takes 2 MINUTES to set up another one and IM everyone on your list the new address. Take Lunasea off the list or whatever.
And who cares if you get 20 IMs everytime you log on. You should be PLEASED that 20 fans are contacting you, for whatever reason. Getting pissed off with them for doing it is stupid.
Dave its always good to have famous people on the forums, but you need to lighten up when it comes to the Internet Dumbasses.

dave dresden was a solid citizen on these boards and the argument that he's a baby who can't take a joke or that he was on TA simply to promote gigs and albums is typical of the bullying that goes on here.
he'd help out with the tracklistings of his and g&d sets if he saw peeps couldn't complete them; he shared/leaked unofficial remixes and productions; he provided a lot of interesting behind-the-scenes info and he generally seemed like a chill guy -- sucks if he's bounced permanently.

Honestly this is sad. First we start to piss off 2 producers.... who is next. Pretty soon tranceaddict will be a name synonymous music haters and flamers. It's been nice going to clubs and if you get a chance to see and talk to the DJ say something that you are with a group from TA here. How many of the blokes that bitch actually go out to the clubs and actually buy music (vs sitting at home downloading all with an elitist attitude). This is probably the start of a downward spiral... especially with the way word of mouth works in this world.

The COR is a waste of fucking space on this site. When it starts harming the reputation of TA to the musicians this site is dedicated to discussing, you realise something's gone too far.

How many times has TA got negative press because of childish moronic behaviour and views?
This place used to be "THE PLACE" for trance fans to go, I know a few trance producers signed up under guises here.... (well I learnt this in the last year or so actually).
Shame this has become invaded by plebs.
