Correct, but i still think knowing your pregnant just after 3 weeks is a little too damn early and i dont think the doc would say for sure at such an early stage anyway.

You can actually be 100% positive after the first 48 hours.

I dunno about 48 hours but you can definitely find out very soon after sex. 3 weeks is plenty of time.
