and yesterday was just terrible.

Usually, when you tap someone to pass, they move to the side and let you pass, but no, not last night - people couldnt care less.

I just dont want to see Tiesto's name, hear tiesto's name or mention tiesto's name for a loooooooooooooooooong time.

Ce n'est pas car on est un comp�titeur qu'on ne peut pas dire son opinion et apporter des faits. Un forum c'est fait pour dire ce qu'on pense je crois que Biggy l'a fait dans le restpect et il a compar� d'autres �v�nements de Tiesto avec celui de hier soir au Circus pour montrer a quel point l'organisation de hier �tait pourrie. Tout le monde apporte des id�es et tant mieux si quelqun peut dire des choses fond�es. On est pas ici pour bitcher ou traiter l'autre de clown. Ce n'est pas responsable de la part du circus de faire rentrer des gens au dessus du niveau de capacit� maximal. C'est une question de s�curit�. Si le niveau de capacit� est de 800, c'est le r�glement. � cause de leur irresponsabilit�, la police est intervenue et des gens qui ont pay� tr�s cher on du �tre expuls�. J'esp�re qu'il va y avoir des cons�quences et que les gens vont r�pliquer. C'est innaceptable. O� est pass� le respect pour le client? celui-ci paye un prix d�risoire, la moindre des choses c'est qu'il soit bien trait�.

C'est comme en voiture, la limite est 100 km/h mais si tu conduits � 110-115 km/h, les policiers vont laisser passer mais pas si tu vas � 150-160 km/h??? C'est la diff�rence entre le 800 permis et avoir 1000 personnes qui est un chiffre raisonnable � mon avis. Mais 1500-2000 quand ta limite est 800???

En passant, je ne d�nigre aucunement le Circus. Je voulais juste remettre Kaiser � sa place parce qu'il traitait les gens du Aria de clowns.

Exactly why I didn't even consider going...Cuz I just knew it would be like that! Being jammed into that place like sardines in a can....I would have literally gone insane! I can understand Circus wanting to make money by bringing Tiesto, but they're fucking idiots for bringing him to their club...promote an event for a bigger venue! IE Tiesto @ Cepsum last December. That night was one of the best nights, if not the best I've ever had...soooo much fun, amazing setup, gorgeous women, room to dance.

But to bring him to a place that holds 800 people? That's suicidal! No way it was possibly going to work out perfectly, and I think we all knew that very well the minute the announcement came that he was gonna play at Circus!

AND he didn't even play 6 hours as promised, which makes me even happier I didn't go! This night sounds like it was a complete disaster.

LAST night was terrible i think tiesto was in a good mood cuz he was dancing and stuff. He played hard, his set had a good flow although i heard better from him but he left after 4 hours. Maybe he was supposed to play for 4 and maybe they just annonced that he was playing for 6. Circus just wanted to make money fast we all know that but I gotta admit Tiesto has gone down in my books .

I think the reason you may be sniffling a bit is due to maybe losing the booking to another club/promoter.

Also if you want you can come back and start naming everything you have done in the last 3-4 years and with who. We all know what you have done and if you are that "Biggy" then you do not need to sit here and remind people of things you have accomplished back in the days.

For the people who paid $100 to go see tiesto, am pretty sure 75% of them didnt know how long Tiesto's set was gonna be, and am pretty sure that 75% of the people who were there couldnt care less if he played 6 hours or 4 - for them, as long as they see "Tiesto", it's enough.

I mean i doubt that people who pay 100$ to go see him are really gonna go like: Wait, he's supposed to play for 6 hours, not 4! SCAM.

Well, ummmm, payin 100$ for him is already a scam, whether he's playing 4 hours, 6 hours or 24 hours.....

Also, is circus' capacity really 800? to me, it looked like it could hold more than 1000 people easily. the rooms are badly organized, but they do have a lot of them.

and yesterday was my first time at circus and i didnt really really like it for the following reasons:
1-ceiling is WAYYYY too low on the main floor - rnb room is wayyy better but much smaller
2-rooms are like a mess, it's a maze
3-main room where dj booth is badly made - you got all those rooms and all this place, why stuff the dj booth in such a place?

so yeh, bringing tiesto to circus wasnt the smartest thing.

but then again, my experience and view of circus could be bad just because of last night's event.

R�sultat entr�e dans la boite � 3H du mat (apr�s plus de 3H de queue !!!!) et tiesto part a 6H !!!

J'ai ainsi appreci� 3H de Tiesto sur les 6H promises .....merci le Circus !!!!

L'organisation du Circus �tait tout simplement pitoyable !!!

Actually got my early so they were cheap and I actually payed more than $50 for her feltcher!

I have to agree that it was a mess, hot, rammed, but some people had a good time, belive it or not. If not then cool so be it but everyone has a right to their opinion just like anyone else.

Dude, maybe you didn't catch the irony in my post (re-read it again, especially the last couple of words), but my point is rather simple: if you're going to state your opinion, state it without insulting people, especially when you've been here for a grand total of 10 days and are criticizing people that have contributed to the board and the scene more than you'll ever do in three and a half lifetimes. Earn your stripes before launching into disrespectful criticism or be ready to face an onslaught of abuse.

You maybe be right about a few things and I am appologise if I offended anyone. As for stating my opinion that stands, I like Tiesto and had a great time regardless of the haters.

Also how do you know what I have or havent done for the scene just do to my time posting on TA. Does the lentgh you have been on TA have anything to do with what someone has actually done?

No it doesn't, but your contribution to the board clearly has a lot to do with how long you've been here, in the sense that if you've been here for 10 days, you clearly haven't contributed much at all. As for your contribution to the scene or lack thereof, it was relative to Biggy's known contributions, which I'm assuming trump yours. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I hate the main room so bad, the ceiling is so low, you feel claustrophobic in there with all the people sweating over you

And it felt like there was way more than 2000... I know what 2000 people feel, but there it was more like 2500 and more. And people were freaking rude, felt like at the Guvernment.



Why not just rent an arena in the city somewhere, anything, why do it at Circus???

We gots there around 3 am and got in 30 min late only to also be botted at 5ish, We're at the wrong place at the wrong time!.
should of moved, very annoyed.
Just very dissapointed at this event while visiting the home-town.. But It won't be the last I tells yas! A return sometime before X-mas mayhaps.

you are sadly mistaken my friend. When 100s of justified paying customers get thrown out after 1 hour of attendance, there is a serious problem. Hopefully this will send the message that Circus is indeed a circus act, of clowns and circus performers, that is not preprared to stage an event of Tiesto's magnitude.

wait for Aria to demonstrate in the new year the way it should be done when a big name arrives.
