Tall order. I don't think they could live up to it, unless they both put careers aside for a year, which isn't going to happen any time soon.

Ah, we can dream.

Although they're not full albums, per se, there are several Salt Tank EPs that cover a lot of territory.

Salt Tank is criminally neglected around here. All most people know is some epic bastardization of Eugina or another, even though they have such a lush discography.

+ 100

Though I suppose it would depend on the direction the album would take, I loved their prog house and more trancey stuff (Wave Intruder, Dreams, The Energy), but their drum 'n' bass and ambient stuff was a bit more hit and miss (Gaza Strip, Pi and their remix of Carrera Rapida, YES! Da Blues and Angels Landing...meh).

Or maybe they could do an album of their takes on 80s songs, in the same style as their girls on film remix

Mirco de Govia: Made one of my all time favourite albums back in 2003, You all probably know about Chronoscale that's a masterpiece in my oppinion. Not a bad tune on that album, Would be very cool if he makes another album, It would probably be the one I would be waiting for most for.

Alex M.O.R.P.H: Has produced some of my favourite tracks in 2005 and every remix by this man has been incredible. I'm having pretty big expectations on his productions in the coming future because year 2005 has been a very successfull one for him.

Ronski Speed: This guy has made one of my favourite tunes this year called Sole Survivor together with Sebastian Sand. His own remix of that track is stunning. I really liked his co-work with Stoneface & Terminal where they produced good stuff together. Would be really cool too see a album from Ronski in the coming future too.

John 00 Fleming: I would love if J00F made a album and then released it. One of my favourite DJ's this year, and he's got a great label that releases mainly quality. Would be great if he could match the quality of the other artists on his label, Because he's produced some stuff this year that has been cool.

According to his website, he will be releasing an artist album early next year!!!!!

J00F is also releasing artist albums from Steve Birch (2!), The Digital Blonde and Oliver Prime in January/February next year.

That's cool. I love J00F and Oliver Prime. The Digital Blonde is also very good stuff.

J00F-label is awesome indeed.

A bit silly are we, as it's rather obvious we won't be getting new albums from these talented guys (i doubt EDM is like pop/rock music where artists tend to release several albums post mortem).

Breeder

Rowan & Simon haven't worked under this alias for several years.. sadly.. so this is very unlikely.

Trance Allstars aka Talla 2xlc

Talla isn't Trance Allstars alone. That's a name for the group of 6 German artists such as ATB, Mellow-D, Schiller, Sunbeam, Talla 2XLC and Taucher releasing mainly their views of hits from the past (First Rebirth, Lost In Love, Go,...). Both Trance Allstars so far albums have been quite poor, having mostly edited versions of tracks.

basically,

without mauro farina .. there would be no italo disco. He is the founder of Sai FM and the factory sound studio where most italo disco hits were produced and released.

Him alongside Giuliano Crivellente were behind many of the top italo disco hits, just look at the list of productions.

needless to say he is the father of italo disco, voice of male vocals for radiorama and a very talented producer.

Id like to see what he could come up with now. Although its not likely since he is busy running 6 recording studios and the SaiFM label.

Seing some of the influence that electroclash artists are using today i think some of the italo disco artists of the past could take this style into a new direction

You didn't read my post properly. I said that I wanted Mirco de Govia to make another album, it would be great because the last one was pure quality and his productions this year has been pretty good aswell.

Did you understand now?
