ive witnessed some bad stuff, but the worst without a doubt would be when someone i knew was playing out for the first time, and he forgot how many chorus' had passed and thought a third was coming along

*cue 10 second silence while he winds the record along to when it starts.

well, not so much silence, more roars of laughter.

Best story so far

me & montana have done a few. Best one iv'e got tho (which i'll record sometime when i find the tape) is nye 97/8 when M-Zone was spannered at 5am on new years day & totally messed up about 6 transitions in a row. the funny thing is that in the technodrome most of them wouldn't have noticed

Anyways...
The worst Trainwreck I heard was the night Acheesta played at the Vangard. He was on After Tanna Mann and everything he mixed was a wreck I never heard anything so bad in my life or seen a Dj wreck his entire set!

Elevator music....fucking elevator music.

And way to go Mark Tabberner...after we've been pwned up the ass by Sasha for 4.5 hours...he gets on after Sasha is done at 5 something and plays gorillaz - feel good inc (original)

I love the track but...wtffff did not fit at ALL at that time.

Its like he chooses the worst possible tracks and then mixes them together on vinyl with 20 second mixes and horrible beatmatching.

This one was pretty bad:

Tiesto's live set @ Haoman 17 [01-04-2002]

New Order - Crystal [Lee Coombs Mix] -> Josh Gabriel - Wave 3

Don't know if it's real but...

It was said that this summer Tiest0r was doing his gig in Amnesia (don't care about the track please, it's not your job) and the track finished.

Silence. Amnesia, the most animal party, in silence.

He tried to hide it and put some great record next but.. no way.

Didn't Sasha kill a guy by throwing a record at him? Amazing!

Seriously...how do you trainwreck after you've been playing 4+ years?

It's literally impossible.

I used to trainwreck back in my traktor days and such...but now with CDJ's and Techs...it NEVER EVER happens.

ok, honestly, if you are trying to get some credibility here....why would you start out by saying "i don't know if it's real or not...."

anyone can say that and then put some bullshit afterwards.

"I don't know if it's real or not....but when (insert DJ here) did (some lame event) people (did some unknown action)!!"

do you understand what i'm getting at?

Anything can happen

Ferry trainwrecked TWICE in October at Aria, I was quite unimpressed! But the crowd still went nuts for him even in the silence, so nobody will even remember! Though I don't think it was his fault....mainly scratched CDs

Yeh but say you have vinyl...it's IMPOSSIBLE. I can honestly say...I've NEVER trainwrecked. I admit the first mixes I did, trainwrecks. But after say 2 years now...I can honestly say i've never trainwrecked passed those few shit mixes.

I nearly trainwrecked yesterday.. oh man the monitor situation was bad..

They were sounded like old radios.. no bass at all, no highs either, just muffled treble. the setup was like a pullout drawer with the TTs in the drawer, and the monitors were under them, below where the drawer was, so you have to step back like 5 feet from the console to hear properly, because the music was going straight to your shins..

My English is not so good I can't explain it in a properly way, oh Shakespeare.

What I meant to say is that it was some rumour and I doubt if it is really true or not. Got it?

Btw, I don't mind if you believe me.
