Netherlands are 1 hour ahead of GMT. If it's 13:00 in GMT, it's 14:00 in The Netherlands!

How am I going to listen with this crappy 28.8K dialup modem connection???

I have a nice connection, so i will be recording it, but i may be broadcasting it on my radio at the same time, it is a 24bit but that may still be too much for a 28k modem too....well you can download it soon!!

It will be too much for 28.8K. I forget who was doing a stream in here about a week ago... It was a 18 kbps stream @ 8 khz (!) sampling rate and that was fine for my 28.8 K modem... Here's the address to put in WinAMP: http://24.190.64.214:8000/ It was a trance stream...

what were they using for the stream? i use shoutcast, and the lowest i can get it is 22k mono 8 bit, will that work?

Who's going to be recording the actual broadcast from their receiver (if you're in the city of the broadcast)? If anyone can listen to Radio 538 on their FM, then that will be kool because they could record it into their PC (just hope for NO static)! Also, what FM station is Radio 538?
