Well, considering it was banged out by a whole bunch of world-known DJs, among them Sasha and Digweed (and I think Carl Cox), in 2003, I wouldn't say that's very strange. It was quite popular and whored, even though it hadn't been ID'ed back then.

Same thing with Lonestar - New Kicks, which I think was mentioned in this thread. 2003 or 2004, don't remember.

That said, the vocal sample in Bloc Rock just adds that little extra... it's quite nice.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it at ISOS cover.Sunquest has produced much better stuff tho...

I know Gabriel Ananda did a track called Suessholz on Treibstoff, but never heard of this one.. Discogs link? Can't find it myself..
