I was refering to the trend amongst early teen aged girls to engage in anal sex rather then vaginal sex to "preserve" their virginity or avoid pregnancy.

BTW, I don't have anything against anal but I'm not fussy on it.... I takes what I gets.

Pre-torn clothing.

People are so desperate too look vintage and oldschool they buy clothing and hats which have been torn already. In the age of hyper culture people cant even wait to wear out their clothing. Yes i know this trend started in the late 80's and early 90's, but it recently made come back and was no longer confined the 'rock' look.

If i buy clothing I want it to be NEW! If it wears out, thats love. Not fake.

hey hey! i love those girls wearin those torn pants MMMMMMM

the only trend i prolly hated were the snowman shirts.. that shit is jus gay.

I agree with tigerlily: People who tuck their pnts in their boots (especially if they are cowboy boots!!) This is not for everyone, people!!!

I cant say that I have seen a person wear an Ugg in AGES (or is this thread about 2004??) .....
but I have seen a whole lotta chicks earing very furry boots. This trend I have not made my mind up about

im really not down with the pointy boots some girls wear, they just look so uncomfortable. I dunno im not really one to comment on peoples style cuz i think everyone has their own style and i love walking around or looking around a room and seeing how people like to express themselves.

Ha...I love pointy shoes. They are here to stay people. They have been coming in and out of fashion for centuries so start dealing with it.

Same with big sunglasses. It's not a trend. It's been a staple of fashion for eons.

The livestrong bracelets and every imitation livestrong bracelets are annoying. Also those bags with the kitties on them. WHAT ARE THOSE AND WHERE DID THEY COME FROM.

Wow. A lot of anger venting on this thread LOL.
I'm happy to say that I've noticed very little in terms of trends... Except reality shows which has been going on for 3 yrs too long.

Posted by Killah Monkey on Jan-05-2006 19:12:

The livestrong thing bothers me so much because it is a trend indeed and not what it was intended for... to support cancer...

I wore a pink bracelet to support breast cancer, but I raised alot of $$ and did my part to show my dedication to the foundation..not to set a trend...it's irritating...that's all...

Posted by naillil on Jan-05-2006 19:17:

I love pointy shoes - I can't imagine wearing any dressy shoes that aren't pointy.

And not all of them are uncomfortable... they just look like they are.
