Haha that's all that would fit, and really all I could think of at the moment that pertained to this site. Bell Blvd rocks too. And I love my baseball. I go to museums all over the world. Actually heading into the city tomorrow to Natural History; I miss that place.

Brooks, only you would have the name tiesto, and a pic of him and write he sucks...lol how'd I not know?

i'm taking the thread back, dammit!!!

So I missed Zabiela at Pacha because I decided I was going to try and take some friends with me ...

First mistake: I went to chill at a bar with some friends and tried to convince them to come to Pacha. After the yes/no/maybe, two of them came with me and we got there slightly after midnight. So now it was no-comps, freezing, and what looked like at least an hour's wait.

Second mistake: We chickened out and I took them to Love instead. We had a good time there but now I really wish we were at Pacha instead.

Moral: If you're gonna go with people, go early. Make sure they're really interested to go (actually the two ppl I was with, were interested, but I didn't feel like waiting in line; If I was alone, I prolly would have waited it out).

anyways, get there early and tell 'em to go to hell if they want to leave early.

Also if you want to introduce ppl to edm, I would suggest starting with a large event where the crowd is bound to go nuts. PvD, Armin, Ferry, Tiesto, S&D, etc. are great for this. Your friends will feed off the energy and are more likely to enjoy themselves. This is how most of us were initiated.

I slowly weened my friend (who is such a hip hop head) into house music. We would go to clubs that had both types and switch rooms often. Now, we never go into the hip hop rooms. And after Zabs on Friday, he said "Oh my god... that was the illest music I've ever heard." All it takes is one dope ass night... Though, he's been into house for a while now.

All it takes is an open mind and good music and anyone can be converted.
