That's also 'lite' salt you see there.

Thumbs up

wow u can make a sandwitch! welcome to your 20s, proceed with caution

If you're serious about cooking, you should be stressing health and quality, not crappy ass montijack cheese

also, try to use organic veggies since they actually have stuff yo body needs foo, that meal is laced with chemicals

No shit. I'd like to hear about some of the tasty recipes he has where none of the ingredients are laced with chemicals.

I am being serious - help us out here.

buy a fooking book cheap ass

rly tho, veggies and fruits often lack sufficient nutrients because of the soil they are grown in. the only way to be sure you are getting the nutrients u need, is to know where ur produce comes from ... like weed, would u smoke dirty ass weed grown in homeless piss? that is the equivalent of most inorganic store bought produce

if you cannot afford to eat healthy at least buy supplements, your body will thank you

I'm not gonna even start on cheeses and grains and all that jazz

I wasn't aware that produce could be inorganic.

I take vitamins, and eat lots of fruit and veg.

Seriously though, this was never a thread about 'post your healthiest meals'

You probably don't get invited around to dinner much, or even OUT for dinner, do you? Or even to parties?

"OMG OMG OMG what kind of soil was this weed grown in?"

"Shit guys, you seasoned this with herbs from WHERE? I don't think I can eat this..."

"Excuse me waiter, but do you have organic water?"

Every single meal you eat doesn't have to be the epitome of health. Food tastes good, and that's why there are so many awesome recipes for good food out there. You wanna have a chicken sandwich here and there? Do it. Have dinner at a restaurant? I hope so.

You can still eat healthy food the rest of the time.

But please - Post some recipes I look forward to your teachings

I would never smoke weed that I did not know the source of by choice. If I'm in Spain and I get passed a J I'm not gonna care. But if you make something part of your daily ritual, like eating! you should know what you are putting in your body.

and most restaurants are pretty shit. I cannot often afford the ones that are worth the unhealthyness.

Maltodextrin is added to the juice to act as a buffer between the enzymes and other molecules, stabilizing and maintaining the nutrients. The juice is spray-dried, using a special, low-temperature process. This preserves the delicate balance of nutrients and phytochemicals. This nutrient-dense, whole food becomes an ideal fast food. We call it AIM BarleyLife

Most smart people eat healthy food, but here and there you wanna grab some things that are just purely awesome tasting.

So, I would like to know what you had for dinner tonight, or last night. That 'Give us a recipe!' thing I keep going on about.

He washed thoroughly with organic 2-dimensional soap and then baked a casserole consisting of his own body hair, alfalfa sprouts he grew in his solar-powered refrigerator and bird droppings from a rare tropical bird that he has been raising in his basement for the last 5 years in an organic plastic biosphere. It was really healthy and devoid of those pesky physical elements.

So, your saying that he grew his super-retardedly-strong-but-yet-organic weed in 'bird droppings from a rare tropical bird that he has been raising in his basement for the last 5 years in an organic plastic biosphere????'

That explains...something
