Cant wait to see Union back again this saturday..next to Vancouvers finest DT
This night was nothing less than any decent night in Europe,or the States..in terms of the great set that was pounding all night. Light effects where great 2...its a perfect venue , proper size and layout..with great potential for more up-grade. Best part, seeing Montana,Res and Danny..pumped and up beat. Nothing like when a DJ is having fun while playing..props to u guys. Looking forward already..to this week.

ya apri i thought you would be there earlier, but there weren't to many people out considering the amount of events going on around the city. I liked the venue and the sound, next week will be a lot of fun with the thrill seekers as well with andy moor. Heard some good tunes last night and it was nice meeting some other van TA's as well.

I was at cyber last night too. The music was awesome, I had a really good time. The club itself was decent too. But lol, there was only like 10 people there. Only people from this forum I guess? haha Half of the time when I was dancing on the dance floor there was just me and one other person there.

It was kind of funny that most of the people who showed up were people who wanted to go to plush, but they couldn't get in because the line was too long, so they came to cyber instead. Most of them lasted only like 20 minutes before they decided to leave haha.

The girl I was with commented that the staff at the club weren't very friendly. I don't have a personal opinion on this, but it may be something to look into.

I hope trance really isn't this dead in Vancouver...

One question though, why do a lot of the people dancing only face the DJ and not move from the spot they were dancing in? I thought it was so cute, kind of reminded me of the videogame sort of thing

Especially the Asian girl that was being hit on by that guy who had no luck and then danced right in front of the DJ and never turned, even when her friend tried to talk to her. haha
is this a scene thing? Or does everyone just want to sleep with the DJ?

Anyways, let's just hope the attendance improves so that this doesn't turn back into another hip-hop night like the rest of the city...

I was there I danced. And not only facing the dj. although my primary goal was to definately try to sleep with one of the dj's. How did you know? That would really make me cool. Anyways I had a good time. The 18 cops in at one time was hilarious. The music was wicked especially hearing 7 cities which I never thought I'd hear played live I was the dancing fool having a great time. Not the Asian girl who I thought was awesome. I didn't get to meet her but i thought good for her she is having a good time. Too bad most of the people were too scared to let themselves have fun. And my dance is called the crackhead dance not japanamation 101. That is a widely known fact. See you on sat for the Thrillseekers. Especially the punter who posted above me. Blimey!!!

This night was slow because Lisa Lashes was in town, simple as that and not much we could do about it. There was 100-150 for our opening night, hopefully we can build on that. Flyers for this night are out in full force, if anyone wants to help spread the word it would be much apreciated!

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT TO SUPPORT THE NIGHT... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Bring back the cages!!!! I think I still have a photo somewhere of Steve dancing in them after his set. That was awesome.
