SMG M5 for the Monday to Friday deal, then an Exige for the weekend

That's better. *phew*

What? The new GTO is awesome. True musclecar-ness, understated looks but balls to the wall power, in an affordable package. Straight out of Australia (rebadged Holden Monaro).

WHAT? American cars suck. Even if I'm the most ignorant and stubborn fuck in the world, I refust to accept American cars in my garage. Except for the Shelby Cobra, of course. Oops.

It's Australian.

BMW FTW
unless its against Porsche. Porsche > all. thats my opinion.
maybe i'm biased since i own a bimmer, but its the best feel in a car i've driven. you are in control with the car, you feel whats going on, and its a good overall solid car. (i drive a 1990 325is)

as for american cars. i wouldn't buy one since i could get a better german car instead. i'd get a toyota pickup instead of a american pickup. like i said before, american cars are getting better but not good enough. you get what you paid for. buy a $13,000 pontiac and the quality is going to be crap. buy a $40,000 bmw and you will enjoy driving it every time.

Fuck though, Chevy smallblocks fit in everything. EVERYTHING.

Yep and even Impala SS 1994-96, my favourite Sedan ever....

Especially Lexus (GS 300) and Acura (TL 3.2) interior, those are huge mother******, but feel so small inside, i felt very uncomfortable in those vehicles ... nothing beats good old american bench in front.

The Marauder, pure badassness

Is that the new model? Cause it looks like it was styled in 1994, lol. Looks like a fucking boat, btw. And probably handles like one too.

hehehe

full size sedan > typical asian 4 banger

The article is right. GM expecially has been trying to do a lot in getting their quality issues resolved. But most people dont buy cars just based on the break-down rates. Its also the interior design that goes into account. And even now, Ford and GM cars have long ways to go to get the interiors to look and feel like some of the imports like Honda and Toyota.
And even though many GM and Ford operations are closing, there are others popping up. Apparently there will be a new manufacturing Toyota plant in Cambridge, and Honda in Alliston no longer builds only Civics. But overall car sales are down, and the whole auto industry is feeling it. And also the large salaries of NA auto workers are making car manufacturing less and less profitable. NA car market is currently oversaturated and it will take some time before millions of people that have purchased cars in the past few years, start needing new cars.

I saw one of these on the hiway yesterday and they're damn swanky. B-Turbo is awesome.

I read a review article on this one a few months ago.. can't remember where. I recall the overall theme was that the quality is not quite what one would expect from a Mercedes.

It looks really sharp though (imo)

Black only, black leather, tinted windows, all chrome.

Enough room to fit 5 honies and yourself and have some space left for the bottles.

V8, 280Hp, 19 inch wheels... bah thats good enough in my book

Now only if they made the '02 convertable concept!

What's sad, is that the Marauder, even with that 302bhp V8, is slower than a Honda Accord V6 6-spd.

I'd like to see you drive through a brick wall in an Accord...

I don't deny that the Maurauder is totally badass, but the money that Ford wanted for it when new and its performance was quite ridiculous and lackluster, respectively. They're all image.

seen one at 30k with 80k mileage... good condition.

30k is alot of money, considering its a big V8
