I agree with this too but i cant keep comparing other styles to 'trance' and comparing them... and i cant keep diggin up the past and compare old with new..lets move forward and figure out the best way to move this genre forward. (and im talking about trance now..or whatever mcdonalds happy meal you want to call it this week)

How Moor moves the genre "forword" by copying the fisherprice pling plong sound of the 93 Returning remix of Nothing "over and over" again and incorparate it in every production (Tilt, Moor, ...) that got released the past year and a half,is beyond me tbh ...

their remix of Crayons is one of the worst L&A works.

Posted by CygnusX on Mar-11-2006 01:03:

Starkid - Crayons (Leama And Moors In Loving Memory Of Starkid Mix)
Brian Eno - An Ending (Ascent) (Leama And Moor Remix)

2 massives remixes, amazing stuff

Posted by vinnie97 on Mar-11-2006 01:06:

lightweight pixie prog, not too far removed from Holden's sound before he grew some ballz.

Leama - Melodica
Leama - Requiem for a Dream

I love Melodica (especially when mixed in Travelling by Oakie) and Requiem for a dream is pretty much of a classic too.

Since we are talking about Andy Moor, he's live right now on Slam FM! (Dutch music station). He said their album will be in stores in 3 or 4 months.

For the guys interested in the stream: http://www.slamfm.nl/stream/slamfm.asx.

So I was actually trying to get hold of the more ambient mix of this from Andy but he didn't know what I was talking about! He tells me that they only ever did the one mix of the track (which was then edited for the vinyl release by the record company).

Looks like the version oakenfold played on his show is another track we will never get to know the story behind (but prob an oakenfold edit - maybe of the l&m mix)
