nah more like letting your man pick the spot on the floor where he wants to go to without interruption, and follow the '1 foot rule' . that is be 1 foot away from your man when you're defending him.

Do you know Anthony Johnson?!?!?!?!

I cant believe what this guy is doing right now... this guy is gonna be a BIG player next year for Indiana.

Woot! Heat are advancing to the 2nd round, Final score Heat 113 Bulls 96

^^^
this guy is pretty good. one of the key catalysts that brought new jersey to it's good ol' days back then. he was a key off their bench. if he has received kudos from jason kidd, he must be a good player.

and congrats to miami for beating chicago. a rough series, but they came out clean, i guess.

yep we also talked about Antoines school for shooting the perfect airballs

we won 2night. yay! in your face butters, you doubted us

Bulls were one of the hottest teams going into the playoffs, i knew it would be tough.D Wade being able to play was key of course.Safe to say the heat players really hate the bulls since there were so many incidents in this series, but most of all losing some of their paycheck money.

vlad mentioned Anthony Johnson and the word BIG....this is how out of the NBA other than the heat ive ben for most of the year..i thought anthony johnson was slim

he's been good for the last two years, I followed him in fantasy sports.

Suns win Game 6 in OT, setting up Game 7 and the much-desired Raja vs. Kobe rematch
Kobe made some sick shots though

Posted by Spartan on May-06-2006 03:49:

what was Lebron doing going up to Areneas while he was taking his foul shots? was that supposed to be support?! blaaaaaaah. I'm just pissed Areneas choked so bad. poor guy, its gonna be a loooong offseason for him.

Posted by Kapedano on May-06-2006 05:23:

and the spurs advance!! Bring on the Mavs!

even though the suns won game6 (cluth 3s by timmy), i do give kobe some credit for making some high pressure shots when the game was on the line... end of 4th and OT. esp that last 3 at end of 4th where he jiggled around two defenders, stepped back to 3point line and shot fade-away 3. wow..!

lol indeed....lebron got inside his head on that one, put too much pressure on it...i think he said somethin along the lines of "if you miss both these freethrows, you know the game is pretty much over, right?" lol

can't stop it, you can only hope to contain it....

God the Spurs are so BORING. I don't care how good or nice their players are I want them to lose and never be good again.

Last year was the most boring finals ever.

Bling Bling Bling...isnt that the goal of all players and teams?? But..alot cant so they call others boring. The Spurs are fun to watch..I dont know what your talking about lol, we can play suns style basketball and we can play half court and we propobly have the best defence in the leage. We have the whole package...dont hate biatch!

great game between the Spurs and Mavs . timmy had an awesome game. This series is going 6 or 7 depending on the 1st team that is going to lose at home.

Pistons shoot lights out against the Cavs. They look rediculously better than their championship team 2 years ago. The big factors are Mcdyess and Hunter coming off the bench. Billups is having his way against all point guards, Rip is rip, big ben has taken a step or 2 away from his awesome defense compared to a couple of years ago, and rasheed is remarkably better than his portland days. i guess we can congratulate the coaches for good management keeping the team together ? my fav pistons guy is Tayshaun Prince. He is sick i have to say. If he was with another team right now, he would be putting up Kevin Garnett or Grant Hill-early esque type of numbers (20 points 10 rebounds 5 assists)

Posted by Spartan on May-08-2006 17:07:

Prince is also an extremely gifted defender. He reminds me of gummi man with those crazy arms.

And Kapedan I love the Spurs, and I know they are the closest thing to a complete team. However last years NBA finals drew 5 million less viewers than the year before, and got GOD awful ratings. I know true basketball fans don't care about how flashy a game is to enjoy it, but I'm of the type that cannot stand the basketball regular season, and expect more out of the playoffs. I like it to be more like college games, something I can just turn on randomly and enjoy. I'm more of a casual fan.

Tonight is 1 Game of the 2nd Round of the playoffs for the Heat vs Nets, My Heat will pulverize them.
