well i know quite a few ppl who think he rocked. what the fuck does that matter. he played heaps more psy edged stuff at room compared with gods previously where i didnt like him much. IMO he is at his best when he is playing psy. so yeah u didnt like him at room and i didnt like him at gods... each to their own.

its obvious you dont like the psy..thats kool..its not everyones cup of tea...your better of sticking to Miss Mel etc..they are fantastic djs.

Wicked night! (exepct I'm half frickin deaf!! and that was with earplugs!..). Got there in time for Papa, Joof, and scott bond, and all delivered the goods.

did j00f end up playing a full on psy set?

the event was pretty mad... lolz ... ive got some pics and videos .. maybe we can post up some pics and stuff =)

j00f was awesome. holy hell @ that heavy metal track he dropped

he played fairly psy the whole time, his set was great. loved it. scott bond was quite good too!

oh yea... i remember that track... wad track was it though??

i was abit shocked to see so many ppl going nuts when adagio for strings was played .. lolz ..

man first few tunes were so deep and brilliant, but still pumping then he just went bang and went nuts it was pretty much all psy trance, but its a kind of psy trance that isn't too 'weird' and trippy, it has the psy bass lines and every now and again samples and stuff, but it was just hard and sort of classy psy trance it was pretty banging for the whole set! even jizza who made an appearance i think was pleasantly suprised had a great time! managed to get another big pile of records signed backstage too haha cool w00t!! still excited

some tracks i knew were:
anton checkonov - evil spice (coming out soon on j00f records, nuts, has a flute sample)
astrix - monster
astrix - poison
chemical brothers - hey boy hey girl (silver surfers remix)
psycraft - feel the vibe (i think, the tune that samples ferry corsten rock your body or punk or something )
some other tune called 'fear of the imagination?'
a whole lot of tunes that sounded like wizzy noise

phwoar was good

couple of let downs though...
didn't hear any new whirloop (new album on joof soon, amazing, any new digital blonde, no new j00f tunes like 'fused' which will be massive or 'darkness', some of the psy stuff did sound 'same'

what is it with warm up djs???
i know papa smurf is more of a 'hard' dj...but still...when you are the 2nd dj of the night and you are still a warm up dj for the event why play at 145 bpm????? especially when the tunes aren't even that speed??? and the dj you are warming up for doesn't play that fast in general??? n00b... he did play some good tunes though

so yeah top night

lol i prolly spent about a total of 34mins in the mainroom. the sheer volume of the music made my pancreas ill. it was just too loud. i was waitin for joof to play cos i was sick of teh hard stuff but then someone told me it was joof playin.

tko/ruckus in the side/sideroom were the highlights. me and mr reynolds knew where it was at.

was almost gonna come out to this as got bit toey on weekend.

all marsh told me was that he was deaf the entire next day from music being too loud.
