| Originally posted by Kapedan I know I do have one life to live, and I don't want to waste it with stupid things and actually make something out of it. Become rich and wealthy and contribute something back to society. The thing is that people are different. Some are leaders, who work hard to get somewhere high in life, and the rest..well like you mentioned, they live for the moment. I do not like to live the moment. I like to think ahead and I like to plan things out. I do not want to waste my time with things that will only waste me time. I do have fun, when I need to have fun. But at my age, I need to work and study, because its the only time in life where I can do that. Maybe your conception of living is that you have fun..and all your life you work for a company 40 hours a week. Well I'm different. If i had the chance to work more, I would because I dont want to work for this company, I want to own it. So one day, when I have everything else in line, I can fly with private jets and yatchs, etc etc. Dont think that I will be 60 when I do this, I can do this when im 35 or even 40, which is a perfect time to enjoy it. That will make me happy, and I'm sure you wouldnt mind too, but you just dont want to take that road, thats where it seperates us. |

| Originally posted by St_Andrew I didn't say they didn't drink, there is a difference between drinking and being an alcoholic. Liberal drinking laws are good for the normal ppl, but bad for the ones that can't handle alcohol (the alcoholics). Get what I mean? |

The thing I like about Europe is that they are very liberal and nice people. The thing I like about Americans is that they are very business oriented and when it comes to making money Americans know how(at least most of them).
you've made an extremely dumb and stereotypical (your own) comment. america is made up of slavs, irish, scots, germans etc who can outdrink other nationalities. so how are you going to say "americans" can't drink. btw, wine doesn't count. i can drink a whole bottle and be absolutely fine, a bit buzzed but not piss myself drunk.

No I said America has 300 million people alot of which are scots, irish, welsh, english, russians, ukranians, romanians, bulgarians, albanians, poles, belarusians, uzbekis, georgians, etc who CAN drink.
stronger drinking rules are needed more in Eastern Europe than here. oh and Mexico is the shining example of what drinking in a country should be like

| Originally posted by Lepanto for alcoholics, yes you're right. as to other comments, do you even THINK before posting? the UK poverty line = 17 percent the US = 12. not to mention that the population is larger and much more diverse. so you have to look at ALL of Europe or EU to compare to America. And yes America is ALOT richer. and the average population below poverty line...yep you guessed it about 18 percent...MORE THAN THE US! the US has a GDP just barely lower than EU but per capita EU falls way short at only 26,000. |

Your an idiot Hardprod, you are a brainwashed liberal who cares more about things that arent so important and you always want to let America down by the little negativity. I cant bealive no one tells you how shitty your threads are. |
