well i dont know about that one, lets see how they react in the wc and the UCL final might be a preview with crazy drunk arsenal fans after Ronaldinho's goal

dont get me started on BOCA

Libertad did a fuckn awesome job for being able to tie at el Monumental

well now the Libertadores is idle till July for the Worldcup, good news for Chivas who will comeback strong with their full team.

I don't think that's going to be possible. They can only get three players back on the squad.

i think those players that are with the national team, well already in the roster

Internacional, great national palmares, 0 titles at continental level: I'll root for them.

They are hooligans when they are drunk. But yes the old days have passed.

Copa Libertadores finally back in action. River Plate is out! Libertad 3 - River Plate 1.

Game was suspended because Zidane headbutted a player. There, I finally got it out of my system.

Posted by sensorium on Jul-19-2006 03:01:

Seriously though, it was a nice game. Good goals by Libertad, specially the first one. I love headers.

Game was suspended because some pseudo-fans went crazy. You all know how it is.

Posted by noikeee on Jul-19-2006 19:16:

2nd half of Internacional Porto Alegre-LDU Quito about to start, 0-0.

that ecuatorian centre-back Espinoza looks GREAT, he already had an excellent world cup, now he's done a great first half, i can't believe he's going to Qatar, that's what our commentator said.

Posted by zoric on Jul-19-2006 23:52:

Neither can I.

Espinoza was one hell of a player during the World Cup, probably Ecuadors best and one of my favourites aswell.

Posted by sensorium on Jul-20-2006 00:33:

Inter against Libertad in one of the semis. That second goal by Internacional was top class.

Next match is about to start and Chivas plays tomorrow.

Posted by sensorium on Jul-20-2006 22:50:

Sao Paolo advanced yesterday in PKs. Rogerio, Sao Paolo's goalie, cheated in one of the PKs by stepping way out of the line. That shot needed to be repeated but it wasn't.

So, there's only one game left. Chivas plays as visitor. The score in the first leg was 0 for both sides.

Posted by K.I.K.E. on Jul-21-2006 09:09:

Chivas win 1-2 in Liniers, and eliminates Vlez Sarsfield.

Semis, against So Paulo.

It was a nice game, for me as a fan. But I though Velez could've done more.

Posted by noikeee on Jul-26-2006 00:03:

i just realised it's 1am and the match i was staying up to watch today is actually tomorrow

Posted by The_G0dfather on Jul-26-2006 00:11:

almost there

Posted by sensorium on Aug-01-2006 21:21:

Chivas vs Sao Paolo tomorrow. The game promises to be a good one. Chivas need to score early in the game but it won't be easy against Sao Paolo.

Oh, and don't stay up today.
