but you also get a ride to sonic in style, and line bypass for the extra 5$.

I came with a group of 13 people. Together we paid the bouncers $300 to pass the line, and still had to wait 45 minutes. I know alot of people dont agree with doing that, but I feel that if the option is there, its worth the money to do it.

For an extra $5, you get to spend time with friends in a more relaxed environment before going to Sonic, plus walk right in once you arrive there. I think its a beautiful deal, and everyone should be thankful to Jeff for putting this together.

Which is the equivalent of a 20 minute walk. Not too bad.

Hey Jeff,

Sounds like fun! Can you please let us know who is spinning at Kabin for the next few weeks?

Marg, I like your idea of parking at Sonic and doing the walk. How would you like an official Gay Mafia Honour Guard? (shirts on of course!)

How so?

Cover at the door for Sonic this week is $30. Thats all we are asking for both Kabin AND Sonic admission, plus you get there (like Ray said) in style.

I dont see the cover changing

This is brilliant! I can now see myself going to Sonic (and Kabin) not only for special events, but on regular nights as well...

M.

i just thought cover on reg nights was 20. i didn't realize that it's 30 at the door .

no worries jeff, the funneling in of peeps ahead of the line is good enough.

Jeff, I hope this works out as well as it sounds, cause that is truely fantastic.
I'll be excited to check this out.
Limos, Line by pass, and good tunes...
Not much better than that.

Are you gonna state the obviously obvious? (Except, I guess, to me?) lol

Or shall I wait????

Posted by WillyWonka on May-02-2006 04:44:

This is actually a brilliant idea if it takes off well...

Honestly, this reminds me of being in Cancun and on vacation. We had a rep at our hotel who organized something like this. We would pay a fee and each evening she would give us a wristband that allowed for X amount of drinks and cover to several hot clubs and bars. Our bus would pick up several partying people from the hotel strip and we'd get by-passed into the clubs and bars.

Anyone been to Fat Tuesdays???
