Hahaha, that's awesome.

I won't be showing up as I rarely smoke, and it's my buddy's 22nd birthday party that evening. I don't want to drive to Toronto for the afternoon, then drive back, then drive to Toronto and back again.

Ow my ears! I honestly don't think any here knows for sure. But I would be very certain that the line up on a flyer for an event at the park means performances. The kicker line for me is the "fire dancers, belly dancers and drum circles". That stuff can't be done indoors.
