Ok; this is a call to all the Super-Nintendofreaks out there
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this little problem. I'm looking for the name of a SNES game I played when I was about 8yo (yeah; I was born in '87 you know).
It was a game about Mickey Mouse. It made a very good impression on me back then, it was a game I rented for 3 days; and yet it always stayed in my memory.
I think you were able to use magic spells; also to perform some transformations, and if I recall correctly there was also a blue flying carpet involved. However I'm not sure about all of this.
Can anyone remember a game that more or less fits to this description ? I searched for several Mickey Mouse Roms but I didn't find the one I meant
.
I really would like to see that game once again; because I always kept thinking about it... I dunno why. Sadly enough I never remembered the title...
magical quest starring mickey mouse?

EVO was good but i never finished it. I just coudnt get past one point in the game no matter what i tried. I think i would have to evolve into a bird to beat that part but i could never figure out how.
Great concept though.

In no particular order:
Final Fantasy II & III (Yes you nerds IV & VI)
Chrono Trigger
Secret Of Mana
Secret Of Evermore
Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals (Can't believe no one has said this one yet!)
Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Super Metroid
Breath Of Fire I & II
F-Zero
Super Mario World
Mario Kart
(I'm sure there's more that I'll remember as this thread progresses).
Anyone notice how much Nintendo and Squaresoft owned that system? Such classy games from both companies. Sure, there were some hits as well from Capcom, but more or less it seemed like those two really were in there hayday during that systems life.
i never really played a whole heap of games on my snes, in fact i never actually bought any, only hired them and it came shipped with the super mario bros games. they were very expensive here back then, even compared to prices now. when super return of the jedi came out it was $130! i used to love nba jam, street fighter, mario kart, cricket, donkey kong, empire strikes back
never played any of the rpg games, i wouldn't have been interested then.
Starwing!
Zelda: A Link To The Past
International Superstar Soccer
F-Zero
Super Tennis
Super Mario Kart
