not the same but i prolly saw Tij better from there than from the back of the massive crowd
some sick tracks he dropped...a lot of ups and downs i must say..just when its so epic, he drops something harder with sick energy that gets the crowd going crazy

Both sets were great. And Miller was awesome.
Docks setup amazing and the curtain drop... impressed by the showmanship.
The crowd was so into it. Ill leave it at that, cause everything else about the crowd would be a complaint.

I will not be going to another Tiesto venue. Shame, cause he really did play a great set and his tech. skills were great. Im just not willing to deal with the... interesting cross section of life that shows up at the venues.

It's official, i will be calling my priest today because i have a new God to worship and his name is "TEE ESSS TO!!". This was my first time seeing him live and i could not have picked a better concert to see him, this was by far the most amazing thing i have ever seen in my life, as soon as that ISOS5 sheet dropped my body was covered with goosebumps and my mind just released all things real and surrendered itself to his wrath! me and my 4 other friends were right at the front on the right side by the speakers, once Tiesto came out, it turned into a maelstrom and about a half dozen "big" girls got in front of us (and by got in front of us i mean pushed and pulled with all thier mightyness). so eventually we moved to the back right by the lower patio entrance, and it was perfect, volume, distance to see Tiesto, everything perfect. we danced out faces off there, and then heard a shimmer of godliness...Flight 643...it was at this point that i was completly taken away to euphoria...
My cell phone died from taking pics and vids, not sure what time we peeled out of there, but we got the 7:30 bus back to hamilton, and i was in the door at like 9-930.
This was one of the most memorable nights of my life, i will never forget that feeling when that sheet dropped and the roof blew off the docks shortly after
Almost forgot, when i was on my way to the bathroom, i got to the doorway was was told that it was closed for 10 minutes...
so i went to the other bathroom and went to use a stall, the second to last one was full of nastiness, so i went into the end one and it was spotless, which pleased me seeing as i was going to be sitting there. so i covered the seat and did my business, then someone goes into the stall beside and has a quick piss, and flushes, this is where things go from bad to worse, it started overflowing while i was sitting in the next stall. so im lifting my feet up so as i dont get hit by shrapnel and there is a small flood starting underneath me, eventually someone came in with a plunger and fixed it all up. Then i got the hell out of there, and tipped the guy saying "SHOW SOME LOVE, SHOW SOME LOVE, SHOW SOME LOVE" lol!
oh yeah and at some point through the night my buddy and I ended up talking to these two super cool guys outside by the bar that were from michigan "Fresh Fresh, that shit is tight!" haha, good shit
the reviews are so fkn GREAT just like tiesto's set last night! KEEP EM COMING
Well I didn't go to Ti-es-to, but. .. .. drum roll.....My Mom did. And she wanted to let you know , because she knows about TA, that she had a great time, she sat here with me and read the reviews and she said that they are exact and no exagerations were written, this was beyond good. She is still in sketch bag mode, yup.... sketch bag mode. She regrets not bringing her camera because she was a little " intoxicated" before she left. The crowd was crazy and she felt the energy all night/morning long from everyone, she felt 25 again!!
Thanks guys for making my mom feel young lol!!
She gave it an 12/10!

Starsearcher---great to see you sorry i couldn't stop , lots of last minute stuff to do.
I have spent the last month or so working non stop on both Sonic 's lighting and getting the docks ready for Tiesto
We completely reconfigured the main dance system. which is how it will sound from now on and that is what Sean miller played on.
The Tiesto part of the show was a mix of the main system and an Adamson line array which I requested after reviewing last years show .
Tiesto is now a more concert type show, hence the line array (concert system). Using it was a good decision i think as it carries the sound uniformly the length of the room.
The stage setup took 48 hrs to build and wasn't Tiesto's system , but Towers productions.
Credits for the show goes as follows
Design of the set was a collaboration between Graig of GEM , Steve Towers of Towers Productions and Myself.
Towers productions did the install using his line array , his plasmas, most of our lights and some of Circas.
Video was performed by Hymie Lopez of Brash and lighting programming By Nick from Towers.
Craig from Gem must take the credit for wanting the poster drop (kaboke drop). must admit it did build the excitment factor.
Funny thing is Craig, Steve and I never stop arguing about something or other , but when we agree , magic happens.
Glad everyone seemed to enjoy the show ----see you next time

John I think you should put the track list on the first page of the review thread along with ur review and keep adding to it as this thread goes on
