Some of the advice in here wow, lol. Not all of it is bad though !!

You and her obviously have different ideas of a healthy sexual relationship. I would try a "romantic" (I hate that word) night, and if that doesnt work, then I would talk to her. Ask her what she feels is a healthy sexual relationship. Maybe she thinks sex once a month is normal ? Not many girls would, but maybe she has had some strange past relationships !

Getting her drunk isnt a bad idea. It could be that she isnt comfortable enough around you, the alcohol will definitly solve that. When I say comfortable it would be different things, for example you seeing her naked or something.

Make sure you tell her that you don't want her to feel pressured into anything, and that you just want to talk to her about it as an adult to find out where she stands on the issue.
