B.B.E - 7 Days & One Week
In terms of dance music it will have been No Limits by 2 Unlimited. I used to have it on a tape compilation and just play it over and over. But in terms of trance it was Zombie Nation.

some of the stuff you guys listed isn't even trance, but whatever.
i'm pretty sure i heard some trance as early as 1992, but i really can't specify with high degree of certainty which track or when or where i heard it. it's probably The Age of Love - The Age of Love given that it seems like i've always known of it.
if i have to be specific about a time and track, then it probably would be the trance tracks on http://www.discogs.com/release/37058 in early 1995 and, to my great fortune, before Children hit the airwaves.
my favorite trance track is definitely Xangadix - Xangadix and i first heard this in the summer of 1995.
Binary Finary - 1999

i think that my first trance track was ATB - The Summer , anyway my favourite is Kenny Van Mutt - Nadia (Original mix) forever <3 ^^
1998 made my phucking mind explode when I heard it. Minimoog was back with a veangence. The lead on was so alive and the saturation sounds like electricity...Now the moogs have disappeared from the face of mainstream dance music. Again. BAH
Humate - Bedrock 3.1
Space Cat - Beam Me Up
Jaia - Breathing Ocean
also had my brain doing backflips inside my skull. Then comes the inevitable 'shiver down the spine' and you *know* its good when you get that.
I've started with ATB - Till I come and Darude's Sandstorm
Stanley Shanti & The Chillum Wallahs - Placid
Since it is the opening track on this, and that was the first trance CD I ever heard.
2001 delerium - silence (tiesto rmx), i was already kind of into trance but this shot me to a new level...also heard it for the first time the first time i tried pills...go figure...
gouryella - gouryella
It was one of the first tracks that gave me shivers, the break is phenomenal.

robert miles - children (but i didn't know this song was trance though back then; it just sounded good to me)
up until years later (2000) when i heard ayla - liebe and atb - 9pm and don't stop; thats what drugged me. i'm an addict now. i'm a trance addict. (and there's no cure) =)
