so we can say

Jean Michel Jarre [1970]

Waiting For Cousteau is one of the best chill out tracks, 46:53 minutes of perfection. definetely nothing to do with other tracks that i listened by Jarre.

Actually he's been producing muuuuch longer than that. His first released productions were some obscure synthpop stuff made under a guise of Two Of China back in 1984.

Paul Masterson's first release came out in 1992 under Erotixs guise.
Matt Darey made Li Kwan - Point Zero in 1994 which was his first release.

scooter

. they were hella good during the mid 90s.

Must be a typo on the discogs site. I have hard time believing Rikki Smith of Digital Blonde was involved producing that record. The credits are linked to Rick Smith of Underworld. A more correct should be "Rick Smith / Thomas de Quincey" according to this site

i tend to go with jean michel jarre tho

Posted by CHRles on Dec-21-2006 09:43:

Actually the guys from KLF, Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty, first released records in 87 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klf The Timelords and the Justified Ancients of Mumu were their previous aliases.
Their Abba sample on "The Queen and I" is hillarious:
